I was born and Raised in and near Sioux City, Iowa. I have lived here my entire life. I worked for MidAmerican Energy as a Design Technician from 1988 to 1996. In 1996 I started a business called Surface Doctor. This was a business that offered remodeling alternatives and I saved people thousands of dollars by refurbishing their existing, bathtubs, tile, counter-tops and cabinets. I have a thorough knowledge of home remodeling and construction and what affects value, livability and resale value. I sold that business in 2001 so I could finish my business degree and enter into Real Estate. Since then I have been a multi-million dollar producer every year, am highly involved in the Northwest Iowa Regional Board of Realtors. I was Board President in 2015-2016. I received the Realtor of the Year award in 2013. I pride myself in ALWAYS putting my clients first and trying to make the process as enjoyable as possible!
